I bought the app after seeing the documentary, in order to learn more about no added oil cooking. The added bonus are the success stories, I feel inspired, and I have learned that 1) plant-focused eating is a change made at the users own pace, and 2) no one seems as happy to be on metabolic medication as they are to get off it. Ive tried two recipes so far, with good success. I like the shopping list tool, very useful.
