I have never reviewed an app but had to tell the world how easy healthy plant based meal planning and shopping is with this app. Use it nonstop! What I love in the app is you can click on any ingredients in any recipe and add them to a grocery list. Say you need a cup of kale for one dish and 2 cups for another, it tracks and adds them to 3 cups kale in the shopping list. Makes meal planning and shopping so super convenient! But yeah I bet the book has many of the same recipes. I also love the focus on whole foods and cooking without oils for the most part. And can save fave recipes. So worth the money. Get it!!
